By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
1. Use of Services
Our services include custom PV energy storage system design, product supply, project installation, technical support, and after-sales service for global clients.
- You must be at least 18 years old or represent a legal business entity to use our services.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for inquiries and projects.
- Our services are for commercial and residential use only, in compliance with local laws and regulations.
2. Quotations & Orders
All quotations provided by Benkr are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Custom PV solutions and prices are subject to final confirmation based on project requirements.
- Orders are only confirmed after written approval and deposit payment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
3. Project Execution & Delivery
We provide customized delivery timelines based on project scale, region, and specifications.
- 48-hour fast quotation for standard projects; 3-7 days for complex industrial projects.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may be adjusted due to force majeure or client delays.
- International shipping, customs clearance, and local taxes are the client's responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in the official project contract. Standard terms for international projects:
- 30-50% deposit to confirm production and delivery.
- Balance payment before shipment or as per the signed contract.
- All payments are in USD unless negotiated in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, logos, texts, images, and technical solutions, is the exclusive intellectual property of Benkr.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
- Custom project designs are for client's internal use only.
6. Warranty & Quality
We provide a limited warranty for all PV energy storage products and systems in compliance with IEC, CE, UL, and ISO9001 standards.
- 5-10 year warranty for PV systems and battery storage equipment.
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or natural disasters.
7. Limitation of Liability
Benkr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal data in compliance with GDPR and CCPA.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, pandemics, customs restrictions, or supply chain disruptions.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first; if unresolved, disputes shall be settled by arbitration in New York.
